Do I have to give you my Facebook or Instagram password?
No. We don't need your password: partner access is enough, which you grant from Meta and can remove whenever you like. We will never ask you for passwords, verification codes or card details.
What is PragmaKreative's partner ID (business portfolio)?
The ID is 972431732366962 (PragmaKreative). You enter it in Business settings, Partners, Add, “Give a partner access to your assets”.
Does the Page stay mine?
Yes. The Page, the Instagram account and the ad account always remain yours. We manage them; we never become their owners.
Who pays for the ads?
If we run ads, they are paid with your card, from your ad account. We charge nothing to Meta on your behalf and we never see your card details.
How do I remove PragmaKreative's access?
At any time: Business settings, Partners, select PragmaKreative and click Remove. The access ends immediately.
